Can someone explain what Ultimate Bet's "Turbo" tournaments are? How they differ from "regular" multi-table tournaments?

I cannot find any explanation on their site.

Thanks...

The blinds go up very rapidly.. if memory serves they double every 10 hands or something.
I built my own poker table... Check It Out

lol, in other words, the blinds increase just like every SnG on Party. Except in UB Turbos you start with higher chip count and lower blinds. (?)

I personally have never played a turbo on UB nor do I know the details of the structure, so I am assuming spook is right. I just find it hilarious that it is the standard at Party, but a more conservative structure is considered "turbo" at UB.

In a turbo you generally start with the same chips and the blinds go up twice as fast. That means you need to play very actively to keep up with the blinds. If you're a tight player you'll not like it. If you're agressive then you might. I consider turbo's to be mostly luck related. First one to get monster pockets gets chip lead.
