On a $25 Max table, I call.
I think more than 50% of the time in this scenario you will have the superior hand.
The only hand I'm truly worried about here is A2. You can be almost certain he didn't have KK or QQ if he is a remotely solid player. He wouldn't have been so strong with just simply pocket 4s earlier on in the hand, either.
Granted, it looks like the 8 dollar river bet is an almost extraction bet but it also sort of looks like a this is how much I think I need to risk to get my opp. out of the hand bet.

How did it play out?

Yeah. I just running so cold I wanted to get a little more value than what was in the pot at the time. Stupid...

I called. The villan turns over 24. HAH! I was drawing pretty thin on the turn, then he capped it off with the boat. nh.

He did reraise the 2 on the turn, then a standard call me bet (for $8) on the river. I think I should have let it go.

With no reads I'm probably folding this preflop.

Raise the flop.

Block bet the river about half pot. Without reads it could easily be a draw or top pair. A draw will fold, top pair will probably call, and a raise gives you an easy fold.

As played I'm probably calling but I think you're behind A2 or some other bollocksy 2 more than 50% of the time. I'd say a call is a long term winner here though.

Just a little more than a min-raise means he didn't just click the raise button. I think this is an indication of a strong hand. He put some thought into this raise and he seems to want a call.
