Hello All, I have two questions. I have some experience with Limit Hold-em an casinos and thinking of going online NL. Been reading some here and in your message board. #1 Q.- Just what is position on the table I keep reading about and what is it's advantage. #2Q- I read that when you set up your account in PP that you used your ATM card. I have been told be the banks and the All Knowings that you NEVER EVER give up your ATM number for any reason because it's so easy to get ripped off and there is no protection from the banks like in CC's. Please explain. Good site and hope I'm learning before putting my money in. Thanks.

Having position on someone means they act before you. This is good because say you don't have position on someone and bet 2 dollars they could go over the top and bet like 10 when you might not of wanted to go that far and then just wasted 2 dollars. If you have position on them then they bet the 10 first and you can just fold saving your 2 dollars. Of course you have to factor in check raising and slow playing but having position on someone or the whole table is always good.

I always like getting pocket rockets in the big blind because then you have a decent idea what people have since they all have acted and if no one has anything at least you can steal 9 peoples 50 cents or 1 dollar instead of just going in 3 bucks in the 4th seat and having everyone fold.

For Party Poker I'd just use a credit card and if it gets rejected go through there global media card thing they sell. Since credit cards company usually don't take transactions for egaming, more than likely you'd have to go through global media card process. I did and have had 3 of my friends do it and it works great. You do have to pay like a 2.50 surcharge but that isn't to bad when you consider the bonus you get for signing up. You can also put your checking account on there which is what I also did. Since you can't withdraw on a credit card I wanted a process safer than a check through the mail and so far it has worked great. I have withdrawn 250 from my account and it appeared in my checking account in like 2 days so it's pretty quick. Also you get a 20% deposit bonus up to a maximum bonus of 20 dollars the first time you use the iGM pay checking account service. That is ontop of whatever bonus you may have already gotten so it's basically a double bonus.
