If you are villain and I'm running as above - wha do you call with here? Whats the lowest Qx you call with excluding fullhouses. Do you ever call with a flush draw?

This is fine. The guy is stacking off with any queen, and on the turn there are (for example) 8 possible combinations of KQ and only 3 combinations of 77. Though Q7 is the only other hand that beats you, it's also fairly unlikely, both by statistics (there are 6 combinations of it) and by the fact that it's Q7.

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

Read the question.

I'm asking if you are villain what Qx you call with. Are you advocating he even calls with Q2? Equally do you ever call with a flush draw?

I'm not bothered if he has Qx for fullhouse or 77 as its +EV to get it in here. I'm obvioulsy trying to get it all in on the turn 100%...

I probably muck QJ here and calling on a naked flush draw is just horribly bad.

Also, judging by th check - check/raise line, I'm inclined to think he actually had a flush draw... was he really this bad?
Check out my self-deprecation here!

Bet flop.

It's kind of irrelevant what I'd call with because your pushing range would be thinner vs. me than vs. this station. I'd def muck QJ and naked FD.
3k post - Return of the blog!

Yeah it's total spew, but I see it often lol. I tanked the turn coz I was unsure whether I could just raise this or push. Stack was too small to raise so just pushed it. He had Q6, ppl are so bad it's untrue.

QJ would be a tough fold, though we dont really beat anything in a raised pot do we.

Meh, I'd fold QJ and seriously consider dumping KQ. I fold the FD
