I apologize for not using the soft (somehow does not work with me, thus posting manualy). Also, I do not use any tracking software and therefore have no reads as the hand was like 2nd or 3rd at the table. Game is cash game NL BB$0.10.

Full ring game
Villain -early position ($8)
Hero - late position (before the button) ($10)

Pre-flop:
Villain minraising to $0.2, Hero holding (TcTh) re-raises to $0.5, everyone esle folds, Villain re-raises to $1.0, hero calls.
Flop ($2.0) 4hJh9d Villain checks, Hero bets $1.0, villain calls
Turn ($3.90 or something) 9c, Villain checks, Hero checks
River ($3.9) 9s, Villain checks, Hero bets $2.0, Villain re-raises all-in ($6.0)
Now the pot is something like $11.6 ($4.0 for hero to call). Hero?

That stinks to high hell of AA-JJ, AJ (probably AA-KK) - I c/f river. After the minraise/gaysmall4bet pre you're playing for set value, I think.

Yeah, river is a fairly easy check behind. Take a showdown.
Just playing to improve.
