I'm up late tonight, and at night there's rarely any FR tables going. I decided to try a little bit of 6max since there's always those games going

In 6 max i'm suppose to play a bit looser, but can someone enlighten me on a few of my concerns

1) What are button/CO opening ranges? And do ranges change when there is a limper in front of us?

2) My standard FR raise was 4x+1. Is this still an ideal opening raise?

3) Besides the aggressiveness and players/flop, what are the main differences between FR and 6max?

1) your button/CO ranges are EXACTLY the same if you're playing with the same people whether it's 6m or FR
why would the amount of people who folded first matter?
however, they should be tighter if the blinds are looser (which is more often the case in 6m but that's a consequence of the people who play 6m, not the game itself)

2) it's fine
3) the people who play it
if you're playing FR correctly, 6m is like a subset of FR

you're already going to be playing more hands because it will be folded to you more often (since you eliminate the EP raises/limps that happen in FR)
