Ok whats the best way to get into online poker through poker stars. I am in the United States and my Visa card I have doesn't want to process through. I was trying a visa gift card that I had. Can I go through any paypal like companies that will accept the visa to them and then go through the poker site. Need some help! thanks.

 Questiona about epassporte, say I set my bank accounts with it and get the visa that comes along with it. If I cash out a portion of my BR, will it be available on the visa they offer me?
