Even against someone who goes all-in a lot, AQ is a pretty marginal hand. You'd fold it to a normal raise most of the time, so why not fold it to an all-in? Even against someone who will go all in with any pocket pair or any ace higher than A8, you're behind here more often than you're ahead.

Secondly, if you are going to play here, you should reraise to isolate. You have live players behind you (a good reason to just fold in the first place, since one of them might wake up with a real hand). A raise might dissuade someone coming in after you for favorable odds.

As played, I think you have to fold here.

I did fold when reraised 20$ more, but they showed A8o and ATs...So I was very close to 50% favourite...

Yeah, there's no way you could justify that call. The reraise showed some real strength, most often AK, KK, or AA.

I agree with DrDrei.

AQ can be a trap hand which can cost you a lot of cash.

You should not have called the all-in as you had a player behind you still to act. If you must play it you have to reraise to isolate the all-in player, but remember that AQ is not as strong as many players think and tends to be overvalued. It is an underdog to any pair and a huge dog to AK.

The right move was to fold preflop. Had you been last to play, you would have been in a stronger position.

I know my biggest mistake was not push all in... But will probably fold preflop next time.
