So, I have been playing SNGs and MTTs fairly frequently, However I want to transition (I'll start with 2NL) to Open tables as they are more consistent.

I am good with position, but I am very tight, moderately aggressive (something like 11/7 over ~10k hands in tourneys, with AF ~ 4)

Going into 2NL does anyone have suggestions on how I would need to change my tourney game to make it effective for open tables? I played a small sample and felt misplaced, though I know I will have to adjust. I am rolled for 10NL but I'd prefer to start lower until I'm comfortable and move up, adjusting to my opponent's games as I do.

In my small sample I was
VP$IP(13)/PFR(7)/W$WSF(31)/WTSD(34)/W$SD(58)/AF(1.64)/AFq(36)/3bet(3)/Fold 3B(40)/Att To Steal(14)/Fold BB To Steal(77)/Fold SB To Steal(71)

Note: all values are in % other than AF
VP$IP (Voluntarily put $ in pot)
PFR (Pre-flop raise)
W$WSF (Win $ when seen flop)
WTSD (Went to showdown %)
W$SD (Win $ at showdown)
AF (Aggression factor)
AFq (Aggression frequency)
3bet (total 3 bet %)
Fold 3B (How often Folding to 3 bets)

You'll notice I already tried to adjust, I can adjust my game, but this may give you an idea of my strategy in tourneys, so as how to transition, I'm more of looking for differences in theory, or my hand selection range, possibly specific things others have found in transitioning between tourneys and open tables.

Defend less. Play far less 3 bet pots out of position. Try to get the VP/PFR numbers to converge a bit more.

2 limpers you have 66 on BU, raise it up c bet almost any flop against a single a opponent.

If I'm sitting Bu/SB/BB on a good drawing hand (9Ts, TJs) where I'm only looking for str8/fl, and there are 5-6 opponents, would it be better for me to just limp?
Otherwise does my range seem reasonable to try to turn a profit at 2NL?
Obviously turning a profit depends more on post-flop play, but as a foundation?
When you say defend less, what exactly do you mean?

Defend your blinds less, you don't need them to survive. You can limp drawing hands multiway, but with weaker drawing hands they aren't usually worth calling another bet from sb/bb. drawing OOP may prove difficult at 2nl unless you flop a straight/flush, in which case someone else can probably drawing to a higher straight/flush. You will get a lot of value from straights/flushes, but I think you can understand your implied odds a lot better if you have position too.
