If this is your normal 3bet size preflop then I'd consider making it 4-5x against THIS villain.
I probably would bet $5 on the turn. As played I think I might have trouble trusting his raise here because your bet size is barely more than 1/2 pot which can induce raises from draws and weaker hands that he thinks are now good because of the smaller bet.

TPTK seems way to good to fold in a 3bet flop. But raises on the turn are for the most part the goods.
And he is such a station that he can have QJ here and a bunch of 2pairs like KT/K9/T9
So I would fold.......(if on tilt then shove)
