you say villain is passive, yet he raises 14% pre. I guess you mean that he hasn't been aggro post-flop
anyway.
there are a lot more aces in his range than kings.
The Ace of clubs on the board limits the number of flush draws he has.
Turn is fine.
I bet-fold the river smallish for value - about $6-$7, he'll call Ax here a bunch.
