I put one guy on a straight draw and another guy on a TPWK. Let me know if I had justification to do so. I didn't have any tracker software and that was about my 10th hand at the table so I had minimum reads on them. The two players that were in the hand seemed moderately tAgg, but I felt like they would call down without much on such a dry board.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (9 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

MP2 ($2.31)
MP3 ($2.33)

Hero (Button) ($1.99)
SB ($1.13)
BB ($1.94)
UTG ($1.57)
UTG+1 ($0.85)
MP1 ($7.86)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q, K
5 folds, CO checks, Hero bets $0.08, 1 fold, BB calls $0.06, CO calls $0.06

Flop: ($0.25) Q, 3, 8 (3 players)
BB checks, CO checks, Hero bets $0.12, BB raises to $0.24, CO calls $0.24, Hero calls $0.12

Turn: ($0.97) 5 (3 players)
BB bets $0.50, CO calls $0.48 (All-In), Hero calls $0.50

River: ($2.45) 4 (3 players, 1 all-in)
BB checks, Hero bets $1.17 (All-In), BB calls $1.12 (All-In)

Total pot: $4.69 | Rake: $0.31

In the second hand, I feel like I should have just called the bet to increase the value of my hand. Maybe not. Was the raise ok?

OP: Beginner to Master

If I bet as a bluff, I should be thinking "am I getting better hands to fold? Is it likely that he will fold x% of the time to a y sized bet to make it +EV?". If I bet for value, I should be thinking "am I getting worst hands to call? Am I ahead of enough of his range that this is a good value bet?".

1 Pot control is prudent here IMO. Check behind with intent to call I'd imagine. But you'd like to see the river for free.

2. When opponent raises here, and steals the initiative, what's wrong with simply calling? I mean when you compare his raise to (spenda don't look) SPR. You'll see that with 3 streets of betting you are aiming to get the money in.

It's a concept I've been working with a lot lately, which is to try to use all 3streets to get the money in instead of trying to get it all in asap.

Maybe I'm wrong here, but 56 is about the only raising hand here that wouldn't try to check out of the turn. Meaning he's probably betting again on the turn, if he doesn't bet enough you can raise him, if he bets too much you can shove over, if he bets pot you can call and puke shove the river.
The older I get, the more I start wondering; Just what in the hell is going on here?

First off it would help if you shared who is considered "one guy" and whos "the other guy". After that, think about a reasonable hand that makes a straight AND calls the flop. Even at 2nl people do rarely call a bare bdsd with 3 to the frop. After that, learn to put people on ranges instead of guessing specific hands for them.

That being said, your bet on flop #1 is kinda small and lacking a stationary read on CO you´re prob not ahead often enough.

Flat the raise on a frop this dry in hand 2. He has very few hands in his range he´s stacking off with, but at least some he´d put in another bet with on a lot of turns.

If you think anyone is a "TAG" in hand 1 I think it's a clear fold on the turn, I just don't see anything less than TPTK by the BB here, and at 2NL I'd guess set/two pair
