Villain was 43/36/inf over like 30 hands.

Whole hand is pretty tough,

Hmm, I normally think river is a good b/f spot, but in this case theres some chance he thinks his wheel is good. Its really close. I might lean towards a call because his stats seem to indicate he's very aggressive.
Just playing to improve.

4-handed those stats aren't that spectacular... and over such a small sample size, it doesn't mean anything anyway.
Also I would be more concerned with the limper who's coming along 99% of the time, and you'll have to play a horrible hand oop.

The right strategy against someone who opens 30% is definitely not to call him with 100%, then float the flop with Q high.
Seriously... wtf

why fold pre?

we have position on the SB, and we don't care whether UTG folds or calls
if he calls we have a 3 way flop with a suited hands, if he folds we're in position vs. a loose player with a playable hand
