You will play alot more hands online than live so this is bound to happen more then you are use to. You have to learn to deal with it. Get your money in good and in the long run it will be fine.
Might want to do some studying on bet sizing though...
Yo Don, I didn't realize this was you. welcome back man and again, God Bless you for your service. Heard the food in Qater is BAD.

You are an FTR station-pwn'ing badass motherf**ker. You have no pansyass, girly-girl, crybaby fears. Pwn the f**king stations like you know you ought to. And win some damn money, dammit.

Dude - You got the money in fast, which is what you're supposed to do with top/bottom two pair. I might have been a little concerned about going all-in on the turn after my > psb got called on the flop and a made flush could be out there... but mech... that wasn't the issue of the post. The play wasn't horrible, sh!t just happens. To Deuce's point, you'll play a ton more hands online than live... and one of the factors in the lower limits is that you'll find more people who will play poorly... some of which will suck out at the end -- but over the long term, they'll suck out less times than you win with correct play, which means you reall should be happy these dudes is at your table (as hard as that is to do when this happens.... )

Yes, bet sizing would be good.
You have to learn to not care. It doesn't matter at all. If you follow BR management. If you make the right decitions, those things don't matter. I lost nut flush against straight flush, set against set, I lost 2BI with top pair to a guy who continuously stacked off with second pair, and he caught 2 pair on me each time - that's just today and yesterday.
I still won at the end of the day. If a couple of bad beats and coolers decide whether or not you have a winning session, you probably have other holes in your game... like for example bet sizing
Of course, you can play well and still loose, but bad beats shouldn't be the dominating factor.
