I saw a similar thread for NL100 that went unreplied. But I want to start off another thread here regarding the limit at which I'm playing, and I will try to get things going by providing a few names off the top of my head:
G_M Bluth supertight
oztoz Another multi-tabling nit, rarely raises preflop
svensonator He moves around NL25 and NL50
Yakshi again, supertight
Holga_speck Bets really hard when he hits, can't really draw against him
tilted fish He knows what he's doing
Killingace Not out of line, but definitely not a chip spewer
bobo333 tight-aggressive

Seriously, if these players are any good at 25NL they will be at 50NL in no time. I really do not think this matters at a site as large as Stars until you get to the 100NL level.
But hey, don't let me rain on your parade.

there are decent reg's at .5/1 and 1/2 on stars
at 50nl and under there are no "top players"
