hello i opened an account at titan i played about one week i won some money and i wanted to withdraw 840$+750$ also i had 125$ at my acocunt today i got error message when i tried to log in my account message says "your account has been locked" dong!!! after that i mailed to titanpoker ask em whats happening they told me your account is checking by our consulsiun team.I have been playing online hold em about 5 years i have accounts at sportingbet,fortunepoker,ultimatebet,pacificpoker, partypoker,interpoker,bet365 thats the first time i heard consulsion team!!!! they are stealers please keep away from titanpoker

BTW if you don't know what they mean by collusion team - this is a group that investigates accounts that they have reason to believe have been involved in colluding with others on the tables. This might involve telling others at the table what cards you have so that you can more easily beat the rest of the table.
I would assume they would look to see if you are constantly sitting at the same table as someone else, or chatting about what cards you had/have before the hand is finished, etc

i played 2/4 limit tables sometimes 3/6 i have never cheat at online poker also i dont know how i can if you know tell me maybe i will be try because if i chet or not they will block your account when you wanted to withdraw big money

I would love to see some hand historys or poker tracker stats on someone making this kind of money that quickly. maybe while you wait you could post a few. Because if your not cheating i'd like to try a few of your strategies

A. If you cheated, your money is gone.
B. If you did not cheat, they will give you your money soon, don't worry.

What country are you from? maybe titan poker is biased toward you.
as for complaining, you can only complain to the site
online poker is unregulated and some say it is even rigged
you will probably get your money, you'll just have to wait

I saw a student freeroll advertised by Titan, no deposit required. I d/ded the client and registered an account etc. only to find it would not let me register for the freeroll. I tried the "live online help" and after about 15 minutes sum1 finally speak 2 me. They simply tell me that i am "ineligible for this tournament" and that "tihs is a management decision" they refuse to give me an explanation for this decision and tell me to email support, who have never replied, despite 2 emails.
Obviously this is a slightly different problem as i have no money invested in this site, but based on their customer service and treatment of me, i also have no intentions of depositing on this site. Worst customer support of any site i have ever played on.
