HAND 1

Villain is 25/25 w 100% steal over 21 hands, and I'm 20/11. I find it hard to justify the flop cbet the more I think about it, but on the turn I'm good, right?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (6 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

UTG ($4.10)
MP ($0.93)
CO ($1.55)
Button ($5.28)
Hero (SB) ($3.35)
BB ($6.34)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K, A
3 folds, Button bets $0.08, Hero raises to $0.27, 1 fold, Button calls $0.19

Flop: ($0.56) 6, 6, 8 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.40, Button calls $0.40

Turn: ($1.36) A (2 players)
Hero bets $0.90, 1 fold

Total pot: $1.36 | Rake: $0.05
--------------------------------------------------------------------
HAND 2

This one is kind of a mess. At the time I figured I could call the min3bet based off odds, but I felt sick on the flop and realized I shouldn't have been in this hand in the first place. I only had like 4hands on villain.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (9 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

CO ($1.06)
Hero (Button) ($1.93)

BB ($2.14)
UTG ($5.88)
UTG+1 ($1.50)

MP2 ($4.13)

4 folds, MP3 calls $0.02, CO calls $0.02, Hero bets $0.11, 1 fold, BB raises to $0.20, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.09

Flop: ($0.45) 10, 7, J (2 players)
BB bets $0.20, Hero folds

Total pot: $0.45 | Rake: $0
-----------------------------------------------------------
HAND 3

I'm thinking I should've just bet the turn here and not been trappy in 2NL, mirite? Villain is 46/0 over 77 hands and 25% fold to cbet

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (7 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

CO ($1.22)

Turn: ($0.37) A (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

River: ($0.37) 9 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.24, 1 fold

Total pot: $0.37 | Rake: $0
--------------------------------------------------
EDIT:
as a thank you for the help... (and I know I should've gotten it all in pre, okay- I just thought this was funny as a reminder of what 2NL can be like)

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (8 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

MP1 ($3.51)
MP2 ($1.28)
CO ($2.76)

UTG+1 ($1.84)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K, K
2 folds, MP1 bets $0.18, 4 folds, Hero raises to $0.57, MP1 raises to $0.96, Hero calls $0.39

Flop: ($1.93) 2, 10, 7 (2 players)
Hero checks, MP1 bets $2.55 (All-In), Hero calls $2.55

Turn: ($7.03) 7 (2 players, 1 all-in)

River: ($7.03) 6 (2 players, 1 all-in)

Total pot: $7.03 | Rake: $0.30

Results:

in hand 1 if I'm cbetting it's going to be like $.60 - $0.65
hand 2 I'd like it for sure if you were suited
I guess it's kind of marginal either way because he could have 52s or like JJ+ so I'd like to know if he min3b ever or if that's his first time 3bing
hand 3 you're missing value by checking turn because if he has an ace there's no way he would call the flop to spike his ace and fold the turn when he gets it

Why so much? And doesn't he have too many overpairs to make a [cbet profitable? I would at least need to fire a second bullet, right?(I'm not sure I would've if the turn wasn't an ace...)

First time, but I had only played 4 hands against him- but I don't ever see people 3betting 52s at 2NL anyways

I just figured by checking the ace I would get more value out of the hands where he didn't have an ace- maybe allowing him to call a bet on the river w/ whatever he thought was good enough to call the flop bet- giving a free card wasn't too hurtful, right?
Is this at least marginal?

The last hand with the k-k? were you afraid of a-a or something......lol.....Q-5. nh but do yourself a favor and just 3 bet him over and over again until its all in the middle preflop. I'm always comfortable with k-k and if i lose to a-k or a-a then so be it, but more ofton than not im winning.

Yeah, I know lol I was almost too embarressed to post it but I just though it was too funny.

Spots like that just make me sick where I REALLY feel like they have the aces but I know I have to get it in anyways, and obviously I can be wrong- that was really just a weak moment.

If he's on a draw in hand 3, you're missing value. If he picked up a draw, you're missing value. If he hit the ace, you're missing value. You can't give up an entire street here, especially at a level where value betting strong hands and punishing draws is *the* game.

Yeah i know the feeling but just remember its 2nl and dont stress to hard or get to worried about aces when you have kings, just be confident in your hand and hey its not like its embarrasing losing with kings all in preflop, whats more embarrasing is losing with kings because you played them poorly preflop. stick to the abc's of poker in 2nl and you should be out of that pit and into the 5nl pit in no time. lol. gl at the tables

Yeah, this makes sense to me now- lots of KJo etc. that could be drawing would probably make a huge dent in my stack if I overvalued toptwo when he hit.
