To win in poker you only need to be one step ahead of your opponents. Two steps may be detrimental.

I noticed you are in Phoenix. Was this played at Casino Arizona? They were spreading that 5-150 game last time I was there.

Yes, this was at Casino Arizona. I usaully play $10/20 or $20/40 limit, but 5-150 is a fun way for me to spend some time. Random useless info: MP2 just took 5th place in the World poker championship in Reno, and $77K

While we're at it the other day I was reading an arictle by Daniel N and he mentioned the 4000/8000 'mixed' game - wha?

Spread is where you can bet any amount between the given limits. So it's not exactly fixed limit, but it's not no limit either.

Mixed is where you play more than one game. Like you might rotate playing holdem, omaha, 7 and razz around the table. That is a mixed game.
