I am currently on Play Aces (Sportsbook), but that site does not support Poker Tracker. I'm from the US and was wondering if Pokerstars was easy for US players to deposit/withdraw. I heard the competition at Pokerstars is pretty tough as well.

Playaces is on the merge network now and PT3 now supports merge so you should be able to use the latest pt3.

Oh okay, I guess the site I read about it was a little outdated. They have a 4 table max, but I am new to the online business so that should do it for me.

Thanks

Where did you find that PT3 works with Play Aces? Every website I looked on said it is not compatible.

I just talked to support at Play Aces and they said it does not allowed HUD. What exactly is HUD? I know the term is in the dictionary, but I am still confused.

HUD (heads-up display) is a part of pokertracker (or other similar software) that keeps track of statistics that describe your opponents' play - there is a HUGE number of statistics that it can do for you and you could spend forever customizing it, but some common examples you might see are VP$IP (the % of the time this player puts money in preflop either by limping or raising), PFR (just the % of time this player raises preflop), and flop c-bet frequency (the % of time this player continuation bets the flop). Your HUD calculates these statistics for you for each player at your table based on the hands you've played with them, and then displays them so that you can use them to get reads on your opponents and decide how you should play. Hope that helps!

If your new to online poker I would suggest running a HUD at a later time and instead I would devote my attention to the differences between Live and Online. Distractions of the Hud may out way it's benefits at first.

But either way Good Luck Online ...........
