I have not been playing much at all, only a couple hours for the past 2 days but all I get is rags. I must have gotten 4 6 like a twenty times. 2 3, 3 6, 5 8, all off suit. Just bad cards. Should I stop after such a short run or just keep folding until it turns around? WTF

Pff, comes with the territory. Yesterday I played break-even poker for 4 hours.. not even bad cards, just fold fold fold on everything I had, and suck-outs when I got into a bigger pot. Then the 5th hour I made $40. That's how it goes..

If you are staying even through these bad card stretches and making tons when you do get the cards you are ok. Just stay patient.

he means playing more tables at the same time....
getting up and going to another table wont change your cards....each hand has the same chance to be delt on each table...

Wouldn't recommend trying to mutlitable until you learn to get reads down pretty well.
Try doing 2 tables first... don't go straight to 3-4 at once.

Curious, how many hands have you played in total? I have gone almost a week with the 4 6 you mention. Just keep folding.
Sometimes though, I will do a $5 SH SnG as a break. Those same crappy cards can now be winners.

You are probably just playing one or two tables at a time so you arent seeing very many hands. Im not suggesting playing more tables, but just saying that you will have these stretches and need to learn to deal with them.
If it is affecting your play, then stop. If it isnt, then keep playing.
