Thought I'd kick this biznitch off, lolvolume and such, and running bad in all ins the last session before the month was out was shitty. At least I'm playing again.

Started off my month at the 5NL grind, moved up to 10NL, and proceeded to go full retard.

Fortunately, I now have it under control.

My graph is all 5nl/10nl 6m. I'm just aggro tarded postflop ldfo. I run 24/20 6% 3bet so I play pretty similarly to a lot of people PF I guess, I just cbet BDFDs, GSSDs, etc and double barrel favorable cards and I tend to value bet pretty thinly lol. Probably too thin. Also, I need to update my graph, I played a session before the month was over and won 2 BIs so here goes:

How the hell did you log 60k hands in a month? I'd be worried about stunting your growth as a poker player. No offense, but 3.9bb/100 at 5NL is nothing to write home about. You could probably triple that number by cutting the tables in half and learn a ton more in the process. Just my 2 cents.

First half of the month is at 2NL then moved up to 5nl, tried 18 tabling then stopped, then played 9 tables. Funny thing is that most of my volume was done in the first 2 weeks. But most of my enjoyment came latter. Oh, I am also running -10BI EV. This is how you know that your are playing the correct level, which is when running below ev doesn't bother you at all. Hope to get 20k hands in try to get to 10nl, but if i don't no big deal.

My first graph since my return. This is over 3 weeks.

$10NL FR @ Everest
OP: Beginner to Master

If I bet as a bluff, I should be thinking "am I getting better hands to fold? Is it likely that he will fold x% of the time to a y sized bet to make it +EV?". If I bet for value, I should be thinking "am I getting worst hands to call? Am I ahead of enough of his range that this is a good value bet?".

I started the month on a huge heater. The rest of the month was meh, but still a really good month for me.

OK so I'm back.

Pulled my roll in Feb due to RL stuff. I was playing HUSNGs, 6m and generally donking around at the time. My roll was about $500 but my game was stagnating.

Still, after 6 weeks or so I had the urge to play poker and so I watched some good videos, did some thinking, and with real life taken care of I decided to get back into it and also to go back to FR. I think experimenting with other forms has been good for my game, but I'm pretty sure FR suits me best.

As I'd been away a few months, I didn't want to deposit my whole roll and go straight into 25nl (in spite of being rolled for it) so I thought I'd deposit $150 and start again at 10nl (yes I know it's only 15 BI) to ease myself back into things.

So here's the graph.

+ $20 on Stars that I don't have HHs for.
+ $100 bonus
+ $37 RB

= $255

So basically the first 10k hands were great and the second kinda sucked balls. It's a shame, as I was running at just under 5BB/100 which is good for a fishy nit like me, and it would have been nice to finish the month above 3BB/100, but there you go, I don't mind. I was most pleased with the fact that I just played through the swongs, no real tilt.

Next month I'd like to get in greater volume, say 40k hands at least and maybe get some iron man medals too. If I can increase volume and maintain or improve my winrate I should comfortably hit 25nl sometime in the last third of the month.

P.S It's good to be back

The graph only shows hands from the filter you select. So click the filter then pick between 5/1/2010 and 5/31/2010 and hit OK and check the graph tab. If that doesn't work there might be something wrong. Just shoot me a PM and I'll walk you through it if you can't get it.

So lets just say May sucked ass. This graph doesn't even tell the story cuz I played several sessions at work otherwise would be WORSE!
