When you guys say like $5NL or $25NL, that is referring to the max buy in correct?
So the $5NL would be like the 1&2 cent blinds and the $25NL would be the 10&25 cent blinds. Is this right?

There are no stupid questions, only stupid people.
Just kidding. You are correct it is the maximum buy-in. The big blind is usually 1/100th of the buy-in. So for $5NL the blinds should be something like $0.02/$0.05.

It normally refers to the buy-in and the blinds are usually implied to be 1/100 of the max buy in. Some sites like stars have a 200 BB buy-in max. Like the $0.02/0.05 have a $10 max buy in and the $0.01/$0.02 with a $5.00 buy-in.
