My Poker Tracker demo was coming to an end, so I purchased it. I love this program it's worth every penny!!!

To my point though ... I was reviewing my play and am disgusted by the small amout of really dumb calls that totally affect your long term results. When you call off your stack to an obvious better hand that takes a long time to make up. If more people would review these situations more often (myself for sure ) I think we would all make more folds when we know we should.

God knows how much money I could be up right now if I can only learn to fold when I KNOW I'm beat. The other day I made a HORRIBLE call with aces...and it's still bothering me.

Confession: I STILL have problems folding aces...

That's how winners play; we convince the other guy he's making all the right moves.

Roller has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Folding:

If you cant fold it you will never realize your potential profits.

Folding AA should not be difficult when the board texture or other variables indicate you should let it go.
AA is just top pair.
Nothing more.

If it doesn't feel right.
Replay the flow of the hand.
Consider your options.

Good Luck.

I folded a jack high flush earlier today with 2 players all in ... 4 spades on the board ... I was sure one of them had at least the king.

Nope ... 9s took it down.
