I wasn't worried about UTG who limped/re-raised all-in, as he was a complete idiot. He could have A9, AT, KQ, KJ here.
SB had been fairly tight, so I thought he may have called the initial raise with a PP. I think he definitely re-raises with AA or KK though.
The third player in the pot, the Button, has an awkward stack size, so I thought a 4-bet would pretty much have him all-in.
Hold'em No Limit ($0.05/$0.10)
UTG: ($1.65)
UTG+1: ($9.90)
Hero: ($20.43)
Button: ($5.93)
SB: ($8.90)
BB: ($18.07)
Preflop: Hero is CO with K  , A .
UTG calls $0.10, 1 fold, Hero raises to $0.50, Button calls $0.50, SB calls $0.45, 1 fold, UTG raises to $1.65 (All-In), Hero ??

Your a favorite unless they have KK or AA, so I'd shove, as I would of expected KK or AA to have re-raised.

This is a definite shove here. Its too weak a line to take to just call. If the button wants to play he needs to get it in.

i think you should thank jesus that BB isn't in the hand. i 4bet 5.93 here and expect SB to fold just about always (even fish don't generally flat in a 3-way pot like this with AA or KK unless he's smart/psychic enough to know that UTG is gonna push). we're well ahead of BU's range and i'd need numbers here to know how we stand against his calling all in range. but even as it stands ANYTHING beats throwing your hands at the mercy of the flop and calling here and playing 3-way, OOP, without the initiative ('cause UTG stole it from you)...not to mention giving BU and SB a chance to push
