Hey guys, so I moved to 25NL mid August and I've had mixed results. Lots and lots of swings including some pretty brutal ones for FR. Clearly I am not running that well but I definitely feel there are some leaks in my game right now though I'm not really sure where. From what I can tell from my stats I seem to be running pretty good numbers across the board, and according to PTR's premium stats thing I'm not that far away from optimal for the top earners @ 25NL. However, the results aren't really what I'd like them to be.

Obviously, it's a pretty lol-sample size, and the majority of the hands are when I was robotically multi-tabling (which I am working to not do any more), still any help would be great. I was surprised at how shitty my SD line is even when I am VPIP so I must be getting into some stupid spots with marginal hands and taking some bluffs too far I guess.

Here's the good with captions cause apparently the Titles of the graphs aren't explanation enough.

Stats These are stats!

Overall Graph This is my overall graph for the month so there's about 7K hands missing that are in the stats. Orly?

VPIP Graph This is my graph when I put money in the pot outside of the blinds.

SB and BB graph Graph when I am in the SB and BB

Thanks again guys.

To the right of the list of stats is a little wrench icon. Click this icon, and remove the 3Bet stat. Replace it with the '3Bet PF' stat. Additionally, remove 'Fold to 3Bet' and replace it with 'Fold to PF 3Bet'.

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

So you lost 5 BIs in the last 7k hands?

If you lost 5 BIs in 7k hands at 10NL would you be as concerned?

pre-flop you aren't doing too much wrong. You should try to defend your bb more (by 3-betting/calling as appropriate - remember their steal ranges are as weak as yours = don't be calling 22-88 much), fold to 3-bets a little less often, and 3b the button some more (i'm guessing). But pre-flop isn't where you're running into huge problems.

Some thoughts
1) your leaks are mostly post-flop i'm guessing
2) you have position most of the time, but fail to use it
3) you forget to pot control sometimes
4) you forget to value bet multiple streets

re-read everything you've read about c-betting, reconsider the lines you can play with sets, reconsider how you play top pair/overpair type of hands. Post the 5 biggest losing and biggest winning hands from the last 1k hands in this thread (without results, but with reads)

you should be opening a LOT wider on the button. people play so terribly OOP

i have about a 50 attempt to steal which is might be a little bit higher than the optimal number. the reason for this is because people generally do not 3bet you light and they will roll over and let you take their blinds
