I need help with a hand range question.
Villian is running 13/11/4.7 w/ 32% ATs over 400 hands
limp calls a raise button +1
Flop: ($5.50) 9 , 8 , 8 (3 players)
bet and he calls
Turn 2  ,
I check and he goes crazy
Now my question is w/ 10% pfr% is raising all pocket pairs and suited connectors that late are being brought in for a raise w/ 32 ATs as well as Axs? Can his hand range be narrowed down to two clubs and or some straight draw?

he could easily have 87s, 98s, T8s, 22, A8s as well as draws
in fact he would probably raise draws on the flop and he has mostly just the above hands

would these hands not fit into his attempt to steal range from button +1 though 87s, 98s, T8s, 22, A8s?
%3 vpip above his pfr % could this be pocket pairs and suited connectors calling in position to a raise?

any hand he limps here he probably normally raises with
maybe he decided to lol limp aces
