Here is my history of hands at 25nl. I had kind of a breakdown in October and totally pwnt myself at 50nl and 25nl so I wanted to throw these up and see if anyone can spot anything thats just omgwtfbad. I can't seem to get out of this funk I've been in lately.

Edited twice cuz I suck with posting images.

Couple of things right off the bat:

My VPIP is pretty fucked, especially in the SB and CO isnt great.
My fold to 3bet% is fucking atrocious.

Other then that, I'm not too sure. Halp plz

Some thigns from Spoon in IRC:

[14:36] <@spoonNgrind> 1. Stop open limping
[14:36] <@spoonNgrind> 2. Tighten up a little in early position
[14:41] <@spoonNgrind> 3. Learn what implied odds are because you don't know atm
[14:41] <@spoonNgrind> Evidence of this is found in your UTG fold to 3bet
[14:42] <@spoonNgrind> Just because you have a pocket pair and are getting 10:1 does not mean that calling is a profitable play
[14:43] <@spoonNgrind> That's a general theme for you I think
[14:43] <@spoonNgrind> Calling with hands preflop that you have no business calling with

i concur with spoon. i'm not really sure what VPIP/PFR is supposed to look like at FR or anything, but here are my best guesses at your leaks:

fold to 3b is way too low for FR. i'd think that you can fold everything but KK+ to a 3b to your UTG open to like 50% of FR opponents. i don't really understand how your OTB fold to 3b can be 75% when you're ALWAYS gonna be in position and it's almost always a resteal, so i think you're paying too much attention to what your hand is and not paying enough attention to your position and the strength of villain's range, etc.

anyway, i think you can be stealing the BU far more often. based on my short time at 25nl FR, you end up with 9/7's to your left so often that you basically have the BU 3 times an orbit, so take advantage of that by playing wide ranges from the CO and even from the HJ sometimes.

fold vs F cbet seems high, too. if you're going to be cold calling as often as you do preflop, you're going to have to get more creative postflop (especially at FR where a raise is OMG SET, I FOLD MY TPTK)

I don't really see anything glaring. It looks pretty solid overall. In fact, its very similar to what I run, except my range is tighter in ep and looser late. (like 6% vpip early and 26% late)

Maybe its a sample size problem? However, 2.6BB/11 is pretty damn good imho. Run this over a lifetime and you won't regret a thing.

I ran like 2.2BB/100 over my first 100k hands at 25NL.. and yeah, I felt like I've been running like shit.. but its still $17/hr.

If you wanna sweat again sometime, let me know.. I'd be up for it

Probably not the answer you're looking for, but the standard answer I give for these types of questions is that, unless something is possibly glaringly wrong, stats don't directly translate into wins and losses. Those same stats for 100 players could yield a full range of different profits or losses across a million hands. And, as Outlaw mentioned, if that's a PT snapshot you're winning @ ~5bb/100 or if HEM it's 2.66bb/100 - at any rate, it's winning. I don't see anything glaringly wrong, so just keep plugging away making sure to focus on solid poker decisions, good table selection, stick to bankroll management, yadda yadda yadda. Good luck.

Outlaw: Thanks, I know nothing on there is TERRIBLE, I just know there are a lot of soft spots in my game that I want to shore up.

Sample size is definitely an issue. 1/4 of this is from my massive spew in October where I dropped almost 20 BIs at this limit, so yea winrate is definitely affected from that lol. I'm definitely going to work on tightening up in EP (no more open limping like spoon suggested), being more aware of the villains left to act and targetting the softer players.

Last night I played a session where I was on a table with like 6 nits and 2 52/3/.88 kind of players both to my right by a couple players. So I was doing my damndest to get into pots with those two while shutting out the nits. It worked pretty good, got into a lot of pots with those two, but failed to connect so I didn't get to extract all the value on I wanted.

I also stopped calling friggin 3bets with 77-TT, AQ when OOP. This is something I would do almost constantly and it's just not profitable at all barring reads.

Thanks for the advice everyone, its much appreciated.
