kmind is on a distinguished road
1. I usually bet slightly less on that flop but if he calls with a lot worse then yeah it's fine. Not sure of his stats or how many hands he's been playing but I would fold river.

2. Looks good

3. I don't isolate with low PPs I just limp behind

4. Meh it's the not the greatest board to double barrel but definitely not the worse. I probably still c/f turn.

#1 Vs this type of player I bet each street closer to pot. If he´s a true station I fold river

#2 nh

#3 Fold, our equity doesnt look great vs almost any range

#4 ya, bad turn to fire. whatever he called the flop with, he doesnt fold this turn often. I can us see checking turn and barreling a non-heart river.

Fucking life swongs man...

Basically once I quit trying to be a 100NL pro after going batshit over downswings and having the pressure on if i made less than 20 buyins in a month, per month (underrolled for life play y'see), I started 9-5 and found that I was too tired & burnt out to play poker. I'm ashamed to say that I dumped my money on clothes and "investments" so retarded that I'm unwilling to mention them.

The primary problem I have with poker is downswings. I struggle hugely with the emotions I get when I'm 10+ buyins down over a few weeks. It was these emotions that made me attempt to give up.

I then tried propping for a bit but made peanuts considering that despite 100% rb it's difficult to make real money over 2 tables on a site w/ 40 players and clunky Fisher Price software.

A realisation that has dawned and is beginning to hit midday, especially given that I fucked college up getting drunk and that my mates are balling it up in university cities, is that 9-5 is a pitiful hollow husk of an existence and that people resent spending their lives pushing meaningless drivel & praying for friday but can't see a way out.

Given the current job & financial market, it's becoming more and more obvious that poker is the only way to make the money to do the shit I want in life.

Therefore, no more pissing around with stupid investments, no more shifting money to stupid websites, just $750 on Stars and 14 tables of pure grindage.

Let's work hard, get rich, and show this planet how life should be fucking lived.

Ash
