Does a standard 3X work in $10 NL games? Or do you adjust it higher because of the looser players? I just get the feeling that $.30 won't necessarily isolate opponents.... Anybody who plays $10 NL care to chime in on this?

I play 20NL, which is obviously different than 10NL so it may be insignificant, but i find 4xBB raise is what starts to eliminate people, unless they have already called the bb and your raising IP. Anything above 4xbb seems to eliminate everyone, and anything below 3xbb seems to get pots 4 handed plus.

4xBB is standard for cash up to 100NL at least.
The players are a little smarter on PS than other sites at 10NL. I used to use 5xBB as a standard (pre ban).

depends on the table, honestly. sometimes, at 10, .50 wont do it. but usually, .50 gets you HU. and .30 gets you 3-4 way.
i would never do this at higher limits, but i will use 3X to steal blinds that i sort of want callers with, meaning it "looks like a steal," but isnt. sc's and ragged A's. but use 4X +1 for stuff i dont want a flop with, like KJo from UTG.
even with several "loosies" at a table, you can fold most limpers w/ a .50 raise. ie, you get 3 limpers in front, and you raise to .50...most of the limpers will drop.
wierd, but works.

I always raised 5x+1for each limper when I played $10. Seemed to work okay for me.
I wouldn't open for less than .40 ever at $10.

i would open pot if it were at FT or UB which have bet pot options, its just so much faster when your multitabling ...its about 3.5xbb which is fine as well

i dont like using auto-buttons. it invites others to make reads on you easier. for instance, if i knew you were multi-tabling (most likely playing tighter, too) i would ABUSE position on you when you are in the blinds...knowing there's a good chance you fold without a fight becuase you checked the box, and ran off to your other tables.
i know most dont notice these things, but some do, and those are the ones you need to worry about anyway.

When you start looking for "standards" I think that you start to play lazy poker. Many different situations will lead to different raises surely. Surely your strategy should be to adapt to the table(s) that you are currently playing and to raise the right amount for hand against this opponent in this situation ....
