Sorry, but my vote goes to Lucky Donk.
You spent $7.40 to win the $.40 in the pot in hopes of hitting the flush which comes (I think) 35% of the time. Hardly worth it for $.40.
I think you're going to go broke if you make that call every time.

Just push the flop, you have a shit ton of outs and while I havent done the exact calculations I still am pretty sure that pushing here is fine.

I would have bet the flop hard. Definitely call the all in - you have top pair and are drawing to the nut flush which makes for a hell of a lot of outs.
I don't know why Rethuglican advocates folding here - folding here is very weak play, definitely -EV.

Hey rethuglican- where do you get .40 from? the pot is .60 then a 7.40 bet and a 5.65 call- which is 13.65 with 7.40 to call.
He is getting pretty much 1.7-1.8 odds on this, so even tho there isnt a lot of implied odds there I would say that is +EV.

Uh, yeah... I'm not sure what in the hell I was thinking. I don't remember being high and drunk yesterday, but there was so much there that I got wrong that I'm embarassed. I missed the top pair... just thought he was going for the flush draw... miscalculated the pot... yeah. My bad.
Though I would agree with the others that a push is probably a better move than a call.

My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.
