Well my suggestion is to stop wasting your winnings from 2nl on tournies. Unless you are just playing recreationally and don't really care if you win/loss. You have an exceptionally small roll for 2nl (11 buyins), and are buying into $2.20 tournies. Tournies, mind you, require a much larger BR to play them as the variance is much higher due to the numerous players and blind increases. 11 buyins for mtts does not fair well, and seems to me just like spewing back money you worked 'hard' to make.

But to be fair you didn't ask my suggestion, so .

Also, why haven't you made your way to irc yet? It would benefit you quite a bit.

Lol, hey man. Yes, I realize bankroll management, but I take a shot at these sometimes. I have a 20 dollar bankroll after buying in to that. It's not a good move, I know, but I'm not playing scared money on it. I don't keep buying into them. If I bust I bust and will just go back to the cash game grind trying to turn my 20 into more. I started it with 1 dollar, I almost didn't buy in, but I like it's structure. I feel it gives me a lot of room to play some poker, I have a question. Do you think you could sweat me sometime? I would really like for you to do that. If you have free time sometime. Maybe help me find some leaks in my game I might have, I'll aquire whatever programs are necessary for me to let you see or do whatever.
I fold AA preflop.

I do care if I win or lose, I want to be a professional player in the future. Playing high stakes with the likes of ivey and all those guys. My life goal. You are right, win or lose this tournament I am stopping spewing. Are you in IRC right now?
I fold AA preflop.

I understand "taking a shot". I don't have much tourney experience, and haven't really studied the essentials to solid tourney play, but most Sundays (and some other days) I will play in tournies with buyins ranging from $3-$55. However, I still stick to cash games to make money, and I do okay in tournies (usually mincashing or going semi-deep).

However, to be on such a small roll as you are currently (not a knock, I once had a roll of only $7), to spend 3 buyins on 2 tournies that are probably pretty high variance doesn't seem smart. You would be much better off just grinding it out at 2nl, and moving up to 5nl faster me thinks.

As far as the sweat session goes, meh. I'm not totally against it, but there are numerous individuals on this site that would like for me, or others, to sweat them, and I don't have time to sweat everyone. And I do start classes back this coming Monday, and I will likely not want to spend my free time up till then, or after that time, sweating a single individual.

However, I think there is plenty that can be done for your leaks from visiting irc, posting more hands, asking more questions, etc. Also, there are numerous individuals here that would love to do peer sweat sessions if one was setup.

Also, as another incentive to get to irc, I spend 90% of the time I"m on the computer with irc open. The same goes for others like spoonitnow, bbickes, dozer, etc. Just being in there to ask us questions will begin to plug up your leaks. Ask forum members micro2macro, booG, dranger, and numerous others, if you want confirmation. Also, a fair amount of random stuff happens, such as ftr games, and sometimes even the occasional sweat session.

I am going to download mIRC right now. I had the client but uninstalled it. I understand, I would only like a sweat for like an hour or something, if any takers out there. :P I will be on, in a few minutes.
I fold AA preflop.
