Assuming typical loose passive types:
hand 1 readless I probably call turn. He isn't likely to suddenly decide to raise with a FD so u are behind a lot. Only hand he *might* be doing this for value that u beat is KQ.
hand 2 the shove is bad imo as it folds out everything u beat and nothing u are ahead of. And that's assuming a 50/2 is even capable of b/3b worse, which he probably isn't.

Hand one smells like a stack-a-donk line, Im trying to keep the pot as small as possible.

Hand #1 I fold the turn. I've no clue what Villian's got, but he thinks he can beat a pair of kings.
Hand #2 I just call the 3 bet on the flop. Unless my hand improved, I'd just check/fold after that. Considering stakes and betting pattern, I'd guess villian flopped a straight.

So you are calling .25 to win .85 solely to draw to 4 outs? Doesn't sound very +ev to me.

Hand One: Villian could have Q-10 or something like j-9 u should try and play a small pot when facing a button call from a loose player on a board that hits a loose players range hard
Hand Two: Once he min raises it means he proboly has a draw at min prob a pair and a draw.
