Am wondering if this was spew. Would probably not played this hand in early stages of the tournament and would have definately folded to the AI
in early stages but was up to level 5 and thought was a good time to steal some blinds as a there was one caller. Should I have folded this?

I feel that PF is just too much, 425 does the same trick and saves you chips if you are shoved over on.

As played you're getting 2.5:1, which should be plenty to call here, problem is you've just risked well over half your stack on this hand.

Makes sense. I realized how much of my stack I had committed a little too late, thats why I wound up calling all in. Will have to work more on bet sizing.

i dont understand the need to play 67s at this stage as opposed to early?

we have much more in the way of implied odds earlier. if you miss a flop at this stage (EXTREMELY likely), you are getting no where near pot odds to continue. usually, we want to get in with sc's on the cheap and deep, right?

i guess i can see it here...to steal the blinds and limper, but i fold to the raise, personally. maybe not with these odds, but thats why we shouldnt be risking anything with this holding, imo, in the first place.

as played, i love THIS flop. if i lose the hand, oh well.
LHE is a game where your skill keeps you breakeven until you hit your rush of random BS.

Nothing beats flopping quads while dropping a duece!

The only reason I did play this was to try to steal blinds and the limper. Problem was I just didnt think the hand through all the way. If I had raised less the fold would have been easier.

Should I be stealing more blinds early in tourneys?
