What would you guys think is apporpriate?
I am thinking maybe 10 buyins. Too low?
How many hands do you think I should play before moving up one level?

These games are played with a series of limit games then two big-bet games (NLHE and PLO) played with a big blind that is 1/4th of the size of the big bet in the limit games. So suppose we're talking about the $0.20/0.40 level. For the limit games we would usually suggest anywhere from 300 to 500 big bets, which is $120 to $200. For $0.05/0.10 NLHE and PLO, we would usually suggest anywhere from $200 to $250. All of the other levels follow the same proportions of money structure, so I'm going to say 500 big bets. So for example, if you were playing the $0.50/1.00 level I would suggest $500, and if you were playing the $0.20/0.40 level I would suggest $200.

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.
