Hello everyone!
Im pretty new to the Full ring game scene and although i did pretty well in my first sessions, but after losing a lot yesterday i was wondering if my playing was so wrong.
In this post I'm going to write down some hands i was involved in and how i played em' and also some general questions about how to play tight tables.
First off, I'm playing low stakes at pokerstars (full table, still it seems that the tables there are VERY tight.
When i get onto a table the first thing is playing ATC a few hands in position to wake all those sleeping rocks. As soon as they noticed I'm raising as long as im dealt cards I'm going to get tight again so my Monsters dont get ANY respect at all.
Is this building an image ok, or just a waste of time on those low tables?
Here a hand of mine in when i just got onto the table

Now, to my biggest problem, playing my good hands.
Lets say after raising teh sh1t out of my crap i get a decent hand in a good spot, somewhere late.
e.g.
AQ on the CO. I got two limps in front. Am I'm supposed to bet 3xBB + 1 each limper here?
And do you also use this formula for your absolute monsters, like AA, KK? Because I noticed that people after having alrdy put money into a pot pre flop, they atleast want to see the flop, and this formula gets me a way too much customers (lost AA against someone with 43o).
What about AQ/AJ anyway? I hate those hands because i NEVER know how to play them right. No matter if suited or not.
In early... do i play them? if not, how to play them right? just calling means im giving anyone behind goooood odds to call me. if i raise I'm OOP and outplayed easily.
What if i get a raise infront of me? Should i reraise? I think yes, because it helps to determine his hand strenght and maybe just outplay him from my position.
now, what about pockets? I tend to raise them in the late position, not sure in the MP, and no clue in early position. i NEVER call raises with them.
to be countinued...

are you american?
If so then just play ABC tagg, there are enough bad players on stars for you to make a dcent winrate regardless, just nothing hat will rock the world.
However, if you arent american, get off pokerstars and go do some bonus whoring as stars is just the worst for small stakes games.

miffed is right. dont worry about "image" at the lower stakes. sure, everyone is a rock, but everyone is multi-tabling, as well. they dont loosen up because you come in pretending to spew chips. again, they dont care. they are only playing THEIR cards.
the way to beat them is with aggression when they are in a hand. c/r when they cbet. punish their draws with full psb (pot-sized-bets). raise your own draws on the flop to take away their initiative, as they are very passive. STEAL THEIR BLINDS, especially the auto-buttoners. and respect their raises. when they play back at you, dont move forward unless you are close to the nuts.
watch you AA/KK hands, too. when the rocks raise your flop bet, they may have hit their set. not always, but watch for more strength on the turn, and bail.
just a couple tips. capatilize on the fish with isolation. this is where most of your money will come from down here. and they will show up, if you exercise proper table selection.

LHE is a game where your skill keeps you breakeven until you hit your rush of random BS.
Nothing beats flopping quads while dropping a duece!

The players are too good (relativity) compared to other sites (except FullTilt). They're tight, weak and don't stack off with under-pairs, middle pair, etc. Other sites have players that will call any bet if they catch any piece of the board.
Stars does have these players, but they get stacked ultra-quick and leave.
