This guys was really Laggy and i don't know what to put him on.
His mini reraise was also something i didnt know what to think of.
Other hands he also showed weaknes on turn but everytime he reraised on flop.His flops seen percentage is 70%

Flush draw with the "free turn card" play. He has you beat, I think.
Edit: never mind. I didn't see the PFR which puts my free turn card play in question.

Usually min raises at that level mean big hand... Bigger than TPGK.

Yeh i know but from a player who is really really laggy i wouldnt know.

Even laggy's get dealt AA once in a while.

You're beat I think. JJJ and AK all fit the mold. I think he made a bad play on the turn by giving away a free card. How has he been playing on the river in other hands? Raising or calling?

hmmm...that is a tough decision then! I can see arguments for calling and folding. I would probably fold though.
