SNG is a sit-n-go tourney, where only 20 (or 10, or 6) players are able to register for it, and it begins as soon as the maximum amount of players are registered... MTT is a multi-table-tourney, those are the big 300+ player tournaments you see alot... that answer your question?

Yes, it does answer them. Thank you very much.

So with the SNGs, when people start busting out or leaving, can others join in, or is it a tournament format where you play until one person has all the chips?

SNG's are in tournament format, you cant join one in progress... and ring games are all tables that are NOT tournaments (like all the .25/.50 tables)... those are the tables you can join whenever you want

A ring game is just a constant running game, where players can come and go as they please. One table, ten seats. There are some ring games that are 6-max. These games are at all levels ... from .01/.02 limit to $100/$200 limit, and various no limit stakes as well. Hope that explains it.
