 If you called on the flop, you wanted to hit your flush. You should bet now, probably around the size of the pot.

Get the money in as soon as possible. A fourth club kills your hand. At these stakes villains are through betting once a possible flush hits. Don't expect A Q to even bet for value here. Lead for pot on turn and pot on river.
