Since I started playing cash NL a few months ago on the 0.05-0.1NL tables I have continually gone more tight aggressive for every limit I play at. Now I am playing at the 0.25-0.5NL tables and while I am doing well in terms of win rate I am starting to worry that my playstyle has become very easy to read. As I am approaching the bankroll for 0.5-1NL, I am worried that my abc TAG playstyle will get thrashed at the next (or higher) limit.
Any advice or thoughts on this? Should I try to loosen up a bit?
My stats (over about 11K hands) are approximately 15/8 - 4.5PFAF
Thanks for any help

I think you can easily be a winning player with those stats at 0.50/1 and probably at 1/2 and above too. There are a couple of high-stakes players on FTR who play similarly tight (from my understanding) and do extremely well. As you move up post-flop play will become more important, as will reading which players are willing and able to play back at you. Good luck.

Sorry for the likely stupidity of such a question... but what are those stats? The numbers and the PFAF have me baffled. I checked the sticky with all of the abbreviations explained but didn't see PFAF in there. Sorry, I'm not meaning to hijack this thread...
Edit: Okay, I think PFAF is Preflop Aggression Factor? But the other numbers still confuse...

the first number is voluntarily put $ in the pot, and the second one is pre flop raise.
15/8 sounds fine. Ilikeaces86 says he has similar numbers, and he beats much bigger games. Postflop is where its at.

The first one is VPIP (Voluntary Put $ In Pot - how often you play outside the big blind), the second is PFR% (Pre-Flop Raise percentage) and the PFAF is Post-Flop Aggression Factor. It's calculated by adding the bet % and the raise % for all three streets and dividing by the call % for all three streets. So an aggression factor of 1 indicates that a player calls as often as they bet or raise post-flop. Most guides say that a player with a PFAF over ~1.5 is aggressive and under 1 is passive. But that can be misleading because if a player is a rock with a VPIP of 10, they could have a PFAF of 3 or 4 and only be betting good hands. Conversely, a fish with a VPIP of 60 could have a PFAF of 1.5 and would be very aggressive. More than you wanted to know, I'm sure...
