Umm... nh? Why not just raise to $1.5 if he spews that much postflop, or even check if he folds to raises pf but cant let anything go postflop (i dont know how that goes hand in hand tho...) I dont really like a check tho.

The question is am I taking a ridiculously small edge ($.50) and passing up on a potentailly larger one?

Can you buyin for 200bb there? I would if you could and then just check and get to a flop with him if you think hes going to fold to bets. Most of the time they wont fold to a bet like that, but is there a point to building a pot with a speculative hand pf if you can easily do it postflop?

You are earning 100ptbb/100 with this move. I dunno, seems a decent return for KJs - according to PT I don't even make half of that.

Well, I was just spitting out ideas to myself and thought this could be a spot where I could forego the initial edge hoping to produce a larger one. I never let anyone limp on my BB from the SB but these spots where I can play HU in position against a fish seem like spots where I might start seeing a flop.
