i think villain is a regular solid player.

he saw me show down this... and then 3 bet me two times when i raised in late position. he did it once from the button and once from the SB.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (5 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

SB ($23.50)
BB ($25.55)
UTG ($10)
MP ($10.45)
Hero (Button) ($9.85)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q, 10
1 fold, MP calls $0.10, Hero raises to $0.50, 2 folds, MP calls $0.40

Flop: ($1.15) 9, Q, 3 (2 players)
MP bets $0.70, Hero calls $0.70

Turn: ($2.55) 7 (2 players)
MP bets $0.50, Hero calls $0.50

River: ($3.55) 2 (2 players)
MP bets $2.20, Hero calls $2.20

Total pot: $7.95 | Rake: $0.35

then this hand. i just don't get why people shove a hand here that is a monster... when i look so weak. i guess he had a boat and was hoping i hit my draw?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (5 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

SB ($23.50)
BB ($2.30)
UTG ($25.90)
MP ($10)
Hero (Button) ($13.75)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 8, 10
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.40, SB calls $0.35, 1 fold

Flop: ($0.90) 10, 9, 4 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.60, SB raises to $2, Hero calls $1.40

Turn: ($4.90) 9 (2 players)
SB bets $2, Hero calls $2

River: ($8.90) K (2 players)
SB bets $19.10 (All-In), Hero folds

Total pot: $8.90 | Rake: $0.40

are my calls on the flop and turn bad? im thinking he had a set or a draw on the flop check raise. so since the draw also completes its obviously a clear fold.... i just don't get his over bet.

he'll continue to be the type of poker player we all love, the one that isn't any good but thinks he is, and slowly donates to the regulars.

jackvance is an unknown quantity at this point
It's not really an overbet.. you have about a PSB left on the river in your stack right? And I disagree that you look weak when you call a flop raise and a second barrel.. but I doubt he's considering how weak or strong you are, just that he has a monster, you called everything so far and he wants to get paid..

I think your flop call is bad. If that specific turn card fell, in that specific situation, I think its probably a meh call.
