Hi,

My name is Jose and Im living in Palma de Mallorca. Poker is being a hot topic with my friends and one of them is recommending this site -{ link edited by jyms} - as one of the best options to start where I could get $200 for free without any deposits + they are running a competition to see whos the most profitable player in 10000 hands that I could get another $80... I just would like to know if any of you have tried this method and I would like to receive your feedback before registering. Thank you!

Best regards,
Jose

We don't post links in our first posts no matter how tricky you may think you are.

If it's not spam, there is nothing for free in this world.

just give us the details, but trust me when I say that nobody here has ever received anything for free, like, there may be stipulations, you may never be able to withdraw without first depositing into a shady site, you may be giving up a very lucrative bonus structure for a couple bucks. You may end up linked to an affiliate that recives your rakeback and nver be able to receive it.

I did start out with one of those offers. It's a good way to start especially if the site also provides rakeback. Some also give additional ways to make money, like rake and hand races etc...
For me it turned out well, just remember you'll have to deposit by yourself and play a certain amount of hands if you want to cash out that money.

All I can say is I lost over $150.00 depositing in a site which had a good bonus. It ended with the owner taking my money and not answering my emails. I have filed a complain with Casinomeister. He could not get the site to answer him either. He did post a warning at his site warning others about the poker site.

The site is from this guy called tuktukbkk and he claims that we can get 200$ for free because he is giving back the tell-a-friend money. I have check it out and apparently you need to register on pokerstrategy using his link then you need to pass a poker quiz to get the first 50$. After that you need to play and be profitable to get the full 200$. It seems a lot of work but maybe its a good way to try real poker online without any deposits or trying to release stupid bonus after depositing. I will give it a try and I will let you know how it works. Again thanks for your prompt replies!

Hasta luego!

If you're short on money then I would suggest you just make a minimum deposit at one of the more popular sites, and play yourself up from 2NL. $10 should last you long enough, even if you're a loosing player right now - if you're not totally reckless. The donk stakes are absolutely beatable.

I don't know what kind of a deal that is, but nothing is free in this world, and nobody is just giving money to random guys on the internet. There definitely is a catch, and it's probably not worth it.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. If you did receive $50 bucks from this and can actually access it, I'd recommend putting it on Stars and grinding up a proper bankroll at 2NL.

Why spend all that time and effort on a dubious offer from a guy named tuktuk?

thats exactly what im doing but on Full Tilt. I want to get a proper bankroll before moving on to the next levels. Also because the more I play the more rake i generate and the more points I do to get the rest of the money. Thats the entire catch of this - you need to play and be profitable long term to get the full $200 but hey at least the $50 + the $7.5 for this guy I have already
Indeed... tuktuk what kind of name is that?
