found a nice table tonight with passive players on my left and calling stations with stacks to my right.played 93 hands on it with stats 23/19/14 and finished up almost a buy in just through raising my good hands. It was working so I just kept up with more of the same but towards the end I wasn't getting any callers. Was getting towards bedtime anyway so I left the table.
However , should I have let my aggression stat get that high or should I have started calling rather than raising to get the others playing again?.

Everything is so situational there really isn't an answer because your question is too broad. I do know that people at microstakes aren't aggro enough.

93 hands is a relatively small sample size so it is almost certainly variance. however, if that were your norm it would be totally ridiculous. also, just because you are "raising your good hands" doesnt mean that its the best play, or even good for that matter. also idk what you define as a good hand but im assuming TP+ or something. i think you should post some of your hands where you were raising or whatever and we'll tell you if it was correct or you were just way over repping your hand.
