To call that river you have to think he has 44 or 66. You have to fold. As for the turn... hmmmmm I think fold there because there are so many ways to lose and your hand isnt that strong anyway. Theres a high chance you are already behind and even if you are ahead of A9 say.
You have to dodge 4x4s 3xTs and 3xAs.
Even if you are ahead now theres a good chance you wont be by the end.
I think you are probably begind to a very strong hand that you are drawing very dead to. Those check/minraises very often turn out to be sets.

I think a fold once you miss your set is fine.Preflop I prefer just calling as opposed to reraising.

why u raise pre flop i don't know. you're trying to make a set, so don't need to represent strength so early and scare away the fish if you do hit.
on the flop the pot's like $1.60
half a pot bet doesn't do anything. At these limits, you need to bet at least like 1.20. If called, i'm checking through on the turn
looking for a cheap showdown.
if you checked through on the turn villian probably only makes about a 1/2 pot bet at you on the river which you can call or fold depending on your read.
