I think I'd pay it off. I think trips wouldn't play this aggressivly, they'd be trying to string you along a bit and suck you dry. There's too many possibal hands the op could have with play this bad to lay it down.

at these micro levels, based on the play I've seen psoted here, it's going to have to be a pretty afwul flop (maybe KQJ or QJT sooted and you don't have the draw) before I would recommend folding AA.
PP + one on the board is a set
Two on board, one in your hand is trips

No way he's raising that strong if he's holding 22 or another of the 7's. He doesn't want to let you off that easy. Call it every time. If he had raised you to 40c or something...now you gotta think about it. All in into a really small pot is either a horrendous bluff ("Oh my gosh he bet 4$ and the pot is only 50 cents! he must have a HUGE hand!") or a real smart fake-bluff that thinks he can draw a call from someone with a decent hand who puts him on a bluff. Good call by you, make it every time at these limits.

Villian limped preflop, and then called your raise.
This is not a usual behaviour for random junk hand.
With this preflop behaviour the only hands you are really worried about that would call a 4BB PFR is 77, maybe 22 on a very loose player.
Call it everyday
