this is my 3rd hand at the table, he limped k6s, and aqs in the two hands before this. And he was really aggressive post flop when he hit his ace. The K6s hand he called a few min raises with a aj10 board and it ended up beign checked on the river...

I'd fold the turn. limping K6s and AQs is normal behaviour at 2nl, and doesnt really tell you much IMO. also, there's a difference between calling and betting: your typical 2nl loose/passive player will limp in and call a lot, but will rarely bet. IMO villain definitely isnt betting turn without a hand of some sort, so at that moment you're beaten.
now what cards can come on the river that can allow you to win? assuming you're not up against a straight, a T or an A might give you the better hand, so at most you have 6 outs, which doesnt justify calling the bet.
do you have any other reads/stats on the villain? this is all assuming he's very passive and doesnt bet without a hand. if you've seeen him bluff or have some sort of a read on this sort of donk tiny bet then it changes

PF check or raise is fine but not sure I like the c-bet on the flop, this flop hits SB PF completing range so hard (any 4-8 will likely call a c-bet, not to mention the flush draw).
As played, turn bet is SO weak I don't think we can fold to it.
We have air so probably either just crying call turn and c/f river assuming we don't hit.
Alternative Turn play would be raise/fold ($.40?) which can be pretty cool and effective if you want to raise villain's blood pressure a little and put his hand to the test.

He's got a big heart and two balls between his legs.
