I can't find the hand from my history where this happened, so I'll give you an idea.
You are dealt 77, and limp in at SB with UTG, and BB checks.
Flop comes A, 5, 7 of hearts. The pot is $5.
You lead out with a bet of $3, BB folds, UTG raises $9. You re-raise $27. UTG goes all in for $200.
Do you have to call this?

I wasn't sure, I have just started the ring games, I usually play tournaments. The amount of times you get people going all in with just an AKo, or as a complete bluff means I call every time, and win 9 times out of 10.

I dont really follow the PF action at all. What are the blinds? UTG limps and you limp in with the SB? Ill assume thats the case and my first piece of advice would be to raise PF. In all honesty, I cant really say much without knowing the stacks or anything so post that and Ill do the best I can to respond.

This is problem situation for me too. However, I think you should even call all in with set on a suited flop because you still have outs to win and you are never absolutely sure he has flush. He might have a flush draw and got extremely aggressive with it. Post details.

What game are you playing where the pot on the flop is $5 after 1 limper + the blinds?

Sorry everyone for the confusion. I didn't copy this hand from history, I just made it up quickly to give everyone an idea of what I mean. I appreciate it's harder to give advice without the stack sizes, blinds etc... I just wondered if you call a big all in on the flop after two re-raises.

Not if its a BIG allin and they are reasonably tight players. If they are playing this way with a pair + draw then you should probably call. Most people wont do this without the A of suit though so its fairly unlikely they both have pair + draw especially since you hold 2 of the 7s.
