was gonna play another session but then my girlfriend pissed me off, so here goes nothin':
ummmmmm, yeah, about that. only up 80 over 20k hands.
first half was at 25NL FR, then i said F that and switched back to 6max. prolly about 4k of that is random 2nl-10nl irc games and me 24 tabling 5nl FR just to blow off steam. so i actually ended up with a bb/100 or like 3 lol. don't worry, though, i've started to plug a lot of leaks and am feelin' really good about my poker game right now in relation to where it was just two weeks ago.
but ya wanna hear what's really funny? i'm halfway to 50nl in one month somehow thanks to:
+100 2k hands on FTP
+110 in PS bonuses
+50 in FTP bonus
+130 in donkaments
-40 thanks to running 200 dollars below All In EV Live
-20 limit 5 card draw
i'll prolly withdraw 200 to make up for my PT3 purchase, live losses, DC sub and mIRC face palm

how may hands do non pro players topically go through in a week?
i play as often as I can with my schedule and can only seem to secure about 500 hands a week...
Of course ATM I am only playing one table at a time so I can read ppl better..

I've done around 35k hands in one week 24 tabling before and man is it exhausting and your game suffers from it, don't feel bad if you don't put in a lot of volume, 4 tables is the max you should do imho, otherwise your game suffers and even though you'll move up quicker, you'll drop faster too

I don't really have a garf to post this month since I've been gone pretty much the whole time and lolvolume. But I was home for like 7 days before I left again and played a lot of lolnl (2nl/5nl/10nl), cleared my $100 bonus from May (lol) and ended up about $550-600. So no complaints. I really need to just move the fuck up to 25nl and stay there imo.

Pretty happy with this, would've liked to hit 25k hands, but whatever. If I think of how much I've tilted/spewed in this period I know I'll be moving up this month if I just put in the hands.

Overall a solid month. Rough start (last -2BI of -8BI start to 25NL) but then good progress along with a much appreciated heater mid-month. About half-way through 25 NL (+30BI Target).

Here's September (and the first day and a half of October, since Poker Copilot fails at filters) for me (mostly 10NL):
Very shaky over the first week or two, possibly due to my girlfriend leaving the country for a year on the 1st of september (lolgay), but I dropped down to 5NL and rode it out, and from about hand 8,000 onwards it's all 10NL and turned into a great month. Add to that the $50 from FTP's Take2 bonus and I hope that by this time next month I'll be rolled for 25NL!

Tried to restart with the take 2 promo , learn full ring play and get my confidence back. Failed totally at learening full ring play. Was playing 6 max style , stealing left right and centre and getting the money in with made hands and getting called by idiots with bottom pair hands. Started off with 2NL FR then moved up to 5NL FR + 6max donked off the 2 nl profits , moved back down and got roll back to 5NL level .
Showed wife how to play 2nl, what to play and why . Started off with $13 of freeroll winnings .With the take 2 bonus shes now rolled for 5NL.
As i announced in my blog yesterday , (and its not strictly a september gain) also + 1 daughter born yesterday morning.

when i was working part-time I was regularly hitting 20k hands....
ok, you play one-table. Here is a suggestion. 5-table play money for one hour. Then try playing two tables of cash. See what happens. One result will be twice as many hands played. Once you're comfortable with this, try 8-tabling play money. I think that there is nothing to be lost by becoming proficient playing 3 tables. Beyond this we start to enter into debate.

Only 3k recorded hands, but I didn't start until the 19th of September IIRC. I don't have enough posts to post URLs or links.
I've made money, but I am not happy with my play overall. I win when the cards are coming and the flops are advantageous but who doesn't. Ended up $24.89. However, I'm absolutely hemorrhaging money in my BB and I'm about 24/8/3 so far. Lots and lots of work to do.
