Through my most recent stretch of 10K hands(10,141 to be exact) PT now has me rated at Tight-Aggressive/Aggressive(which is what we strive for right?Originally I was rated as Tight-Passive/Aggressive aka the dreaded Rock). These are my key stats right now:

VP$IP: 18.33 ( a bit low maybe;but I have loosened up my LP hands, and have been playing some medium PP and suited connectors in EP and MP for deception purposes).

W$WSF: 27.37 (lower then I'd like but it also means I'm learning when to release bad holdings on the flop and not get tied up on tough decisions on the turn).

Went To SD: 22.19 (not sure if that's a good neighborhood).I've learned when to release my holdings on the turn too when I think I'm beat and saving those bets.

W$ At SD: 59.20 (I guess that's ok....right?...)

PFR: 5.40 (used to be lower but I started to raise more PP when opening late as well as improving on my blind steal attempts).

Blind Steal: 15.75 (Raising with any PP's,any good Ace good card when in late esp against tight/passives).

Aggression Factor Overall: 3.58 (my hand posts prob say it all.Course I've been learning when to tone it down too).

Folded Blinds to Steals:

SB: 95.25 ( I don't play too well out of position and would rather not pay .75 to defend .25).I'll mix it up sometimes though and smooth call with AK,QQ,KK,AA and then drop the hammer on the turn.Works pretty well in fact.

BB: 57.75 (here is where I'm picky.I will esp play back at a constant bully and make moves back.Any suited,or any PP and they better pray I don't hit my set or flush/OESD draw or it's going to be a wild ride to the river).

And here's the ugly numbers:

BB/100: (2.01) *yikes*

Net Amount: ($204.28) essentially I pissed away PLAYNOV and PLAYSEP.I still have SHAW,USETOWIN,LANCEY,TIFFANY,and TAKEIT on top of the money I have invested.I have a decent paying job,so playing within my means is not an issue.

Phil Ivey said he once lost $296,000 in a cash game session.Although I'm nowhere near that amount;I'm wondering whether or not a -200BB downswing is normal?I feel that I dedicate a good amount of time to study of the game and improving on my mistakes.I've also come to accept that bad beats and drawouts as part of the game,as well as the times I miss my draws and lose big pots.

Tonight I'll admit I made a couple mistakes but at the same time I also suffered some horrendous suckouts again.

I'll post my graph below too:

If anyone could give me some feedback/encouragement/etc I appreciate it.You guys have always been nice to me and I seek counsel in this time of shall I say "not happy land lol).
