i was wondering if anyone knows how to correctly alter their play to account for a single blind game. irl, i normally play 10/20cent no limit, but the majority of the people i play just go with 25cent single blind. what is the difference, and can i take advantage of this? should i be more or less aggressive pre-flop?

First off, I don't play in single blind, so this is all just speculation. Also, I'm going on the definition of single blind as "one person pays big blind and everyone else is free to do as they wish".

In theory, assuming all else is equal, I think you'd play this slightly more tightly and that you can be slightly less aggressive. More tight mainly in regards to if people are staying in, don't play as many hands since the more people choosing to put money in without an initial investment, the better the chance that someone has something. In theory though, the biggest result would be one less caller on most hands. This allows you to play a bit less aggressive when the idea is to narrow the field and also makes stealing the blinds only 2/3 as attractive as normal.

Post flop play would be just about in line with a normal table. Just make sure that you figure it for the correct number of limpers (don't fall into the "4 people minus 2 blinds means 2 people are likely to have a playable hand" thought process [though this can easily get you into trouble in a normal game too]).
